
Fintech Awards London 2025 Opens for Nominations
The Fintech Awards London will return to The Underglobe in London on 18 June 2025 for its fourth annual celebration of fintech excellence.
With nominations now officially open, the event welcomes back AON as one of the headline sponsors and introduces Zopa Bank as a new sponsor this year.
A highlight for this year’s ceremony is the introduction of the ‘Best AI in Fintech’ category, targeting innovations that have leveraged artificial intelligence to enhance financial services.
Entrants must submit their applications by 8pm on 28 March 2025. Following this deadline, a panel of expert judges will evaluate the entries and determine the finalists. Judges this year include industry heavyweights:
- Chris Woolard CBE, partner at EY
- Janine Hirt, CEO of Innovate Finance
- Louise Brett, former Deloitte vice chair and UK & Europe fintech and financial services innovation lead partner
- Susanne Chishti, founder and chair of FINTECH Circle
- Mark Walker, editorial director at The Fintech Times
- Joe Parkin, co-founder and managing partner at FG Partners
- Kate Rosenshine, global technology director, strategic partnerships – ISV and digital natives at Microsoft
- Lucas Germanos, vice president of communications and external affairs at Zopa Bank

This year’s Awards will recognise achievements across several categories, such as Fintech Startup of the Year, Fintech Company of the Year, and sector-specific awards for wealthtech, paytech and insurtech.
As a key event for the fintech community, the Fintech Awards London serves as an important venue for networking and collaboration, offering a platform for industry professionals to celebrate the past year’s achievements and foster connections that spur future advancements.
